By downloading, installing, or using Yank ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Under Development LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, including design, code, and documentation, are the property of Under Development LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under Development LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Under Development LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
